There is no charge at present. Emulation Companion is free to use while the platform finds its feet with the lodges working alongside us — there is nothing to set up, no card to enter and no invoice for your Treasurer.
There are no per-feature tiers. Every lodge gets the full platform: the members directory, meeting RSVP, dining selections, visitor bookings, seating plans, attendance and check-in, officer progression, treasurer tools, the Almoner welfare diary and the caterer portal.
Taking payments from your members is separate
There is no charge for the platform, but a lodge can optionally connect its own Stripe account to take card payments for dining and visitor bookings. That money is your lodge's, paid straight into your lodge's bank account — it does not pass through us and we take nothing from it.
The card processing fee is added to what the payer pays, so your lodge receives the full amount it asked for. Set-up is optional and can be done at any time from your lodge settings.
Could that change?
Possibly, and we would rather say so plainly than promise something we cannot guarantee. Some things carry a cost we would have to pass on — licensing ritual content, for example, would come with a fee attached.
If a charge is ever introduced, we will tell every lodge well in advance and no lodge will be billed without agreeing to it first. Nothing will appear on your Treasurer's account by surprise.

Almoner Welfare Diary — Confidential case management with follow-up reminders. Restricted to the lodge Almoner.
Caterer Portal — Your building's caterer gets a dedicated portal with all meal plans and dietary requirements per member, sent straight to the kitchen.
Secure & Private — Password-protected content with each lodge on its own secure subdomain. Secretary tools for members, meetings, visitors and seating.
