Simple pricing: £1 per member, per month

Emulation Companion is billed to the lodge, not to individual members. Your Treasurer receives a single monthly invoice covering all active members — £1 per active member, per month.

There are no per-feature tiers. Every lodge gets the full platform: ritual study with audio, the members directory, meeting RSVP, dining selections, visitor bookings, seating plans, treasurer tools, the Almoner welfare diary and the caterer portal.

How billing works

  • £1 per active member, per month, invoiced monthly to your lodge Treasurer.
  • If member numbers change, the next invoice adjusts automatically — you only pay for active members.
  • One invoice for the whole lodge. Members never pay individually for platform access.

Late payment

A reminder is sent at 14 days overdue and again at 45 days. If an invoice remains unpaid after 60 days, lodge access is temporarily suspended. Paying the outstanding balance restores access straight away — nothing is deleted.

  • Members Directory & RSVP — See who's in your lodge, RSVP for the next meeting, and view the attendee list with privacy controls.
  • Officer Progression — Track your route to the Chair with officer progression timelines and solo practice checklist (optional).
  • Meetings, Dining & Visitors — Schedule meetings, manage seating plans, handle visitor bookings with online payments, and collect dining selections with menu choices.
  • Treasurer Tools — Track balances, record payments, and manage lodge finances with dedicated accounting features.
  • Almoner Welfare Diary — Confidential case management with follow-up reminders. Restricted to the lodge Almoner.
  • Caterer Portal — Your building's caterer gets a dedicated portal with all meal plans and dietary requirements per member, sent straight to the kitchen.
  • Secure & Private — Password-protected content with each lodge on its own secure subdomain. Secretary tools for members, meetings, visitors and seating.
